Even though HDC does commercial construction, 90% of our work is for ourselves to maintain our reputation as we are the toughest client to please. Therefore maintaining the property as if we occupied the location is of the utmost importance. We understand the last thing a client needs is extraneous distractions interfering with their schedule.
