Minneapolis, Minnesota – December 3, 2015 – CBRE announces the sale of Helgesen Development Corp.’s single-tenant industrial portfolio in Marinette and Menomonie, Wisconsin for $34.5 million.

Combined, the two buildings total 981,311 square feet and were 100 percent leased at the time of sale. In Menomonie, the 648,000-square-foot property located at 5929 Packer Drive is a bulk distribution facility built in 2002 fully leased to Andersen Corporation. 1731 Industrial Parkway in Marinette is a 333,311-square-foot manufacturing facility 100% leased to KS Kolbenschmidt US Inc., a producer of pistons for gas and diesel vehicles.
